Terms and Conditions


Functions and Parties

Orders for Functions and Parties are subject to a 10% deposit at time of booking. Balances must be paid by 14days prior to the booking or the function will deem to have been cancelled. Any Order placed with less than 14 days notice will be subject to full payment at time of booking.  Cancellations must be received at least 48hrs prior to the event. Unfortunately, for bookings made with less than 10 days notice we cannot accept cheques.


 Food Parcels

Food parcels for upward of 12 persons a 10% deposit is required with the booking and the balance to be paid on the delivery. Food parcels of less than 12persons are subject to 25% deposit  or full payment at time of order, and the balance will be due on delivery. If no deposit is received within 48hrs of the booking then the order will be deemed cancelled.


Service

The amount of service varies according to the type of function that is ordered. Minimum numbers apply  to all functions that require service or an additional charge will be applied.  Full Service packages include food service and clearing by fully trained waiting staff, food disposal and all equipment to be taken away. Service staff will be available for the duration of food service only. Any additional staffing requirements must be  discussed at time of booking, or at least 2 weeks prior to the date in order for the correct staff to be allocated.


Hire/Borrowing

All Food that is delivery only is as far as possible delivered on disposable platters and dishes, where this is not possible the borrowed equipment will be collected before noon on the following day. Any borrowed equipment must be clean on return. Disposable plates and forks are supplied.

Where equipment hire is required,  no items unless necessary will be disposable. All items will be collected before noon the following day. Any waste food must be cleared from plates and equipment for health and hygiene purposes, however equipment can be returned in their containers unwashed. Where items are not ready for collection a surcharge of 50% of the daily hire charge will be incurred. 


Food Disposal/Safety

In the event of delivery only the client must ensure that the recommended consumptions time is observed and that any left over food is  disposed of safely.  Food left on display for prolonged lengths of time can pose a health risk. When our staff are on site, they will adhere to a 90 minute display time, and will be responsible for the safe disposal of any left over produce before leaving the venue.


Dietary Requirements

We will always endeavour to support any particular dietary requirement, but cannot guarantee to be able to provide the range of choices available to the regular diet. In the case of allergies we can state that we do not use, for example, nuts or wheat in certain dishes, however, we cannot guarantee that there will be no traces.


Menu Variability

We try to provide our customers with the freshest of produce, due to seasonality and availability it is sometimes necessary to substitute comparable dishes. As far as possible we will endeavour to achieve the agreed order. Menu’s may also be dependant on the facilities available at the venue, please ask if unsure.


In order to keep our charges to a minimum, for all orders outside of an 8mile radius there will be a small surcharge towards transportation.
